Illinois Estate Law offers a la carte legal documents and a flat fee full-service package for estate planning and probate. Our services include, but are not limited to, the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related legal documents.

3. Legal Disclaimer
Illinois Estate Law is a law firm located at 1200 N. Ashland Avenue, Suite 500, PMB 4208, Chicago, IL 60622. However, the use of our website and services does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Illinois Estate Plan or any of its attorneys. An attorney-client relationship is only established when a written agreement for legal services is signed by you and Illinois Estate Law.
4. Use of Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from using our site or services to engage in any unlawful activity or to infringe on the rights of others. Unauthorized use of our website and systems, including unauthorized entry into our systems, misuse of passwords, or misuse of any information posted on the website, is strictly prohibited.

Payment for a la carte legal documents and flat fee full-service packages must be made at the time of purchase. We accept various forms of payment, as specified on our website. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.

All content included on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Illinois Estate Law or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without express written permission from Illinois Estate Law.

In no event shall Illinois Estate Law, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product.

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.
